most likely you can press either the 'Menu/Select' or 'Home/Return' buttons located on your remote control to exit the USB setting and return to the main menu. If you do not have a remote control, try unplugging the power cord and waiting for at least ten seconds before plugging it back in. Then use the in-TV controls buttons to try to exit the USB setting and return to the main menu
well this is what you do when that happin. when it frize up like that trun it ff then trun it back on go to setting and change it around then go back to rec and when you stop it hit the return button and go back to the main menu. thats all to it hope i help you out later
