Please help me my puk number is blocked
U can find ur puk no. on ur network services provider manual. or else if u cannot find it go to ur service provider. but maku sure not to enter wrong puk no.more than 3 times as ur phone may get blocked

Good day astella, Try using what the default pin would have been, by default it's the last 4 digits of the cell phone number. However if that doesn't work he changed the pin and the only thing you can do is reset the firmware (firmware is the software that runs phone). To get that done stop into one of your local wireless store (ie if you have verizon got to a verizon store, go to your providers store). Stay away from the mall stores they usually don't have a tech in store they just wanna sell a bunch of stuff you don't need. Any good luck, You could also try hacking that phone, if you still have acess to the keypad. Get back too me and let me know what happens.

PIN Unblocking Key (PUK) - If a GSM or GAIT subscriber enters
the wrong PIN three times in a row, then the wireless mobile phone is
locked until the correct PUK is entered.
What to do:
Call ATT and ask for the PUK code. You will need to verify the account when you call, so if you do have the info (last 4 of the SSN on the acct or the password)
Other option is to bring that to a cellphone repair shop and have it hack on its PUK .

You need to call MTN Nigeria to unlock the PUK, or simply use a different sim card.
UK means "personal unlocking key" .
The PUK code is asked if you enter a wrong pin 3 times.
You need to call the phone company that released the SIM card, they can retrieve the PUK code from a database for free.
In your case you need to contact your SIM card provider technical support to unlock the SIM.
The PIN and PUK are related to the SIM card, not to the phone.

You can get PUK code from your operator for free if you're registered owner. Also if you log in to your online account you should find PUK there as well.
