Hello... Please go thru this. Souce:http://www.ataricommunity.com/forums/showthread.php?t=573497
I may have a work around
It is a way to give admin privs to the msi file
First, create a file called Arthur.bat
- Open a folder, say C:\temp
- Right-click and select new, Text Document
- name it Arthur.bat
Next, edit the file
- right click the file and select edit
- put this in the editor ... msiexec /a d:\Arthur.msi
- save and exit
Then, right-click the file and select "Run as administrator"

Worked for me.

There is another msi file (ISScript11.msi) on the CD which I didn't run which may be needed ? But, I managed to play through the tutorial/start so ... we w ill see.

So, it is a permissions thing. Hopefully this will get passed on to the developers and they can resolve it tout-de-suite

Can you help me please? I cannot launch the game after installing (Didn't have to use fixes for the installation). Nothing comes up and none of the compatibility modes change anything and doing the .bat thing doesn't either. Plz post ur solution here:http://www.fixya.com/support/t18605892-n...

After installation, says system not modified, atari game Arthur and the Invisibles, will not play on my vista

If a game is really old, sometimes, they won't play on newer operating systems. If you would like to play it, get a newer or older operating system, depending on the Computer Requirements on the back of your game.

I'm using vista home premium os, however the problem I enccounter is once you install software which is compatible for windows NT, xp home and windows 2000, the software the one I installed is not properly...

Yes, if you use a Virtual Machine, you can install the version of windows you wish to work with, install the software, and it should work just fine.
You will however need a genuine copy of windows to install in the virtual machine.
You may be able to find an image of the OS you need, or a snapshot of an OS, to load into the VM, it all depends on the type of VM you are going to use

Compatability between Window Vista Home Premium and PALM TREO 680

THis is because vista and older palms aren't compatible. You need to transfer via bluetooth or upgrade your palm.
