Sounds like a virus or something, If you can afford it buy Norton for tablets it is great I personally use it and it has a handy dandy lock feature that unless you know the password good luck getting into it. Otherwise contact the supplier or manufacturer for further technical support. I don't see why it would do all that other than a virus or something.
Since it is both signals out a flasher may also be at fault. The flasher is located with the fuse box, located usually on left side of dash either on the end covered by the door panel(when closed) or near the feet kick panel or next to steering column. While I don't own your particular car this is what i can think of right now.
A couple of things to think about. Is your radio functioning properly? Is your amp functioning properly (if applicable)? What ohms is the speaker? Also, (just for snicks) is the volume turned up? Just checking. Switch the speaker to a location that is functioning properly. You can tell if it's the speaker or something else. If the speaker works well, the you have to track the problem. You can also put a speaker that has been working well to that location. If it shows the same problem, then you are doubly sure it's something else. If you are not electrically inclined, and it is a wiring or product problem, I recommend seeing your local stereo shop.
You have to sensors one on the motor and one on radiator they could be faulty the other is a faulty relay check to find out where they are located in fuse box with the ignition on but car NOT started take out the relay then put it back in a noticeable click will be heard this is the relay activating and is ok The relays may be located under the dash or in engine compartment
If all you did was replace the distributor cap and now it won't start. Either the cap is the wrong one, or it is faulty, take it back to where you bought it and have it replaced for another one. Make sure it is the correct one for your model.
When you took the cap off, did you remove the rotor button also? If so did you remember to put it back, don't laugh it is a common mistake.
Something else to check is that all the plug wires are snug in the distributor cap. Test this by pushing down on the actual wires and not the caps. Some times they don't go in far enough.
A couple of other things to check in the cap is for 'tracking/arcing' you will see this by taking the cap off and looking inside it and if it is tracking you will see a what looks like a hairline crack, this is from the electrical charge arcing out.
Check the little carbon rod that sits in the top of the distributor cap make sure it springs in and out and isn't broken.
Don't have a diagraqm for that but I'm sending you a complete diagram for a 93 which is fairly similar: http://www.scribd.com/doc/18999822/Jeep-Wiring-2 One thing... even without a diagram it's easy to find out if a fuse is blown by using a test light. Probe both ends of every fuse. if they are all good then regardless of what they serve, you know your problem isn't a fuse. Can't remember if 95's had an airbag, but if it does and the airbag light is also on, chances are that the horn problem is being caused by the "clockspring" inside the column. You also can test a horn by beginning at the horn. Use a jumper wore attached to the positive side of the battery and touch it to the horn terminal. If it blows then the problem is up-stream of the horn, possibly the relay or the contact assembly in the column.(clockspring is part of that, or it has a normal button and contact plate). If you don't find the problem or it's too difficult to repair, you do have the option of installing a push button on the dash wired to the battery and horn. As for your son feeling secure....remind him that a good driver rarely uses the horn as in doing that precious time is wasted that should be used for steering, braking and decision making when in a dangerous situation. You do need a working horn to pass inspection though!
To turn it of you will have to go to setting, general, location service, and turn it off on the app you don't want the tracking to be, or all of them. please note the as long a your phone is with is battery apple can still monitor your location at all time (even if you turn off the 3G or take your sim out).
The DRL's are separate from the actual headlights. It sounds like your headlights aren't working at all. The first thing I would check would be the headlight fuse(s), or relay(s). The location for these should be in your owner's manual.
