Cuckoo Clock Time is correct But cukoo's 5 Minutes early

Stop the pendulum, On the front of the cuckoo clock hands is a nut, undo the nut and gently take off the minute hand only. At the back of the minute hand is a brass insert, very gently try and turn this insert very gently, then replace the hand and fasten. Take the minute hand, turn to the half past and let it cuckoo, then take it to the hour and see how close you are. Very small movements at a time!!!! ALWAYS MOVE THE MINUTE HAND CLOCKWISE ONLY!!!!!!!
