When i turn on computer it says BOOTMGR is missing

BOOTMGR is what makes win7 boot or vista for that matter
usually easily fixed.
Run windows startup repair let it attempt to fix it itself...
if that does not work insert the disk into another working machine as a slave unit and run some windows utilities on it such as diskpart or windows repair
there are other utilities out there that can fix your mbr for free but if they do not work you will need to reinstall windows OS. Your data is still able to be retrieved but you will need to have it slaved over to another system so it can be read and copied.
Let me know if it helps.

Computer wont boot completely up missing or corrupt files

Run the Check Disk Utility.

To run the check disk utility you will need a repair disc or a operating system disc. Put the disc in the cd drive and boot from it. You want to get to the Dos Command Prompt (Black screen with white letters) and type the following command: chkdsk /r
Check disk will run well over an hour or two and you will notice the percentages going from high to low, this is normal. Let it run to completion. Then reboot machine.

If check disk fails to solve your problem you might have to reinstall windows. Try doing a Repair Install that way you don't loose your data, documents, music, pictures, videos or programs.

In windows xp you get to the dos command prompt by selecting R for repair when the options appear.

In Vista and Windows 7 you want to get to the recovery console and look down at the bottom of the window for the Dos Command.

How can i restore my missing desktop icons to my desktop?

you might have hidden your icons by accident. Try right-clicking and in Windows XP, "arrange by" and make sure there is a check-mark by "show desktop icons"
In Vista and Windows 7 rick-click select "view" and make sure that "show desktop icons" is checked.

How to I enable intel? I did a system reformat and now I cant get IE

Sorry, but there is no such thing as enable intel, intel is a hardware company.

If you reformatted the hard drive, then you had to install the operating system.

If you did a system restore, or recovery restore, this does not format
the hard drive.

What ever you did, if IE is missing, you need to try it again, because IE
is integrated into the windows operating system and is always there, so something happened.

Are you sure its not under the start menu, or listed in your control panel.

Sometimes it does not get placed on your desktop, so you think its missing when its not.

Check around, and if you need more help just post back.

Using Windows 7.(Lost Desktop Icon).

Click the mouse "down" onto the "nearby" icon, and then "drag" that icon to move it somewhere a few inches away. The "missing" icon may now become visible.

Or, if you have used "auto-arrange desktop icons", look everywhere on your desktop for the "new" location of the icon.
