Hi, Your driver CD does not have the drivers for Windows Vista on it. You need to download the driver from the internet. Below is a link for Vista (as long as you're running the 32-bit version). You can click on it or cut and paste it into your browser address bar. Click on the fastest response speed underlined link on that page to download (and remember where you download it to on your computer.) Click on the file and it should install the driver for you. Assuming you're running Windows XP or 2000, you can download the PCI 128 Sound Card Driver Installation programs here:

http://support.creative.com/downloads/download.aspx?nDownloadId=255. (They are free of charge, of course).

When you launch the program, it detects your operating system information and automatically installs the appropriate drivers.

If you're running something other than Windows XP or 2000, go here: http://support.creative.com/Downloads/searchdownloads.aspx to find additional driver installation packages.

I tested on my M-audio Delta 1010 with box today and everything incl. SPDIF is working great on my osx86 v_7 10.5.8 system! The only thing not working is midi as told on website. Im submitting file for the above sound cards! Dont Forget to donate some money to this guy!!!
