SOURCE: I have a rainbow aquamate
If it is the one with the big white water supply tank, it needs to soak with water in it for a few Days, then it may take a little bit of running,(10 minutes at the most, at a time, then let it cool, for 30 minutes in between attempts) while you are spraying water out. Make sure the soap control is on the soap bar with suds around it, and not the soap bar that is crossed out. If it is spraying water, you can keep running it. The 10 minute limit, is only if it is not spraying anything.
If it is an earlier one, it has a clogged soap pick up tube, or the soap control cap thing on the end of it.
If it is the latest big blue one, it never will probably work again. All of them must be flushed out after usage before storage, and the new one must have both, the soap and the water passages on the unit sucked out by the Rainbow vacuum, before it is stored. I have never got one of them to work again, once that it was clogged up, from not being cleared out, like it is supposed to be before storage of it.
