When i turn on my mp3 it show 0.00 byte and when i access to pc i can see the file but i can not remove and save on it so if you know this problem please help me...! Thaks phuangpasert
U Just reformat the whole MP3 player but before resetting again u have 2 save all of ur files on the MP3. How 2 reset ur MP3:
1. Open "My Computer"
2. Right click on ur MP3
3. Go to "Format..."
4. Click on "Start"
5. Leave it and once it finishes u must check to see if it says the remaining memory on the disk. If not then I'm not sure wat 2 do.

When I turn my mp3 player on, it says that there is 0.00 free memory and that there is no file. When I try to access my player though windows browser, it says that the disk is formatted. Where can I find software that I can reinstall it? Thank you.
