You can restore your Dell Mini using Using Dell PC Restore in Windows XP or Dell Factory Image. You can successfully restore your computer yourself. All you need is to download a manual containing instruction on how to restore. Download the manual from http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/ins1010/en/index.htm
See pages from 37 - 43. You can restore your computer on your choice.

Hi suscarsimba,
Welcome to FixYa! How are you doing?
Please try the following steps:
Note:
You must press F8 before the Windows logo appears on the
screen. If you press F8 after the Windows logo appears, the Advanced

Advanced Boot Options menu, restart the computer, and then repeat this
step until you see the menu on the screen.
Hope it helps. Thank you for using FixYa.
