When i use my camera it shows distorted lines then it hangs, sometimes black screen only then phone freezes then need to restart the phone again, i already took it to nokia care but they didnt able to fix it, im not sure if its the camera module is the problem, and camera lens dont close ,im not sure if the graphic ic must be reheated or the camera needs replacement,i already change several firmwares to 11.05 to 25.07 to 25.08 and the latest belle still no luck,,,any suggestions ?

IF URS IS LESSER THAN RECOMENDED VERSION YOU DONT NEED UPDATE.

your best bet would to be get a new phone is sounds like your phone is got a dead back light or crossed wires from being dropped you need a new phone either way

I the physical keys are working then the problem is the touchpanel of ur screen & it needs to be replaced but if the physical keys are also not working then the problem is the software.
Go to a local repair shop or call Nokia.
