800 number only alway gets busy signals (tech support).
Just bought this Universal Remote today -- Avem R6. It picked up my Shar5p TV just fine, but I cannot get it you work with my DVD/VCR Combo: a Sanya DVW-5000. The owner's manual suggests 3 codes -- 003, 010, and 102. None of these work.
HELP!!!
Thanks!

I had the same problem before. I found a loose rubber ring which drives the door open/close may be the cause. Use honey wax or candle wax to wax the ring will be most likely to solve the problem. The only thing is you need open the box by yourself.
