Roxio Easy CD & DVD Burning

I am running Windows 2000 and I cannot load my new Roxio Easy Cd & DVD Burning. a message comes up that it was interrupted, I have all that Roxio say I should have on my computer, this has driven me made this last week, can you help PLEASE.

Dear eliaselchema, Thank you for your help with my Roxio problem,could you tell what you mean by replacing windows 2000 with a new version if you mean XP or Vista they are out of my price range.

It sounds to me that Roxio Easy does not do what it says on the label. thanks again for trying to help me. Regard Mike

Dear custumer
the Roxio Easy that u are loading on your windows is a new version
so why it can not run on an old version on windows like yours
so try to replace your windows 2000 by the new version of it .

Load the disc and should automatically go to "SETUP" if not them open the fiel manager and search that drive for "SETUP"

BOUGHT THIS ROXIO EASY CD & DVD BURNING AND IT WONT LOAD ON MY WINDOWS 7 WITH THE KEY # KV-BSNQ2-RDLMO-HX4YP

You should remove this post immediately as you have just given away the rights to your software, which could be considered illegal. The CD-key is what you bought, not the disc. By publishing the CD-key you are potentially distributing the software illegally or invalidating your own copy. I hope this helps and have a nice day!

The service packs are trying to stop pirating software.

Not very good software. TRY Nero Express and Power DVD

Product is Roxio Easy CD & DVD Burning. We put the cd in the drive, we get lights on the drive, we get hard drive disk activity but no installation program comes up. We tried turning off Norton AV,...

Most probably the CD does not have the autoun function or the autorun is no functioning. If you need to install the software, open the Windows Explorer and click on the drive for the CD and on the Explorer right side plane double click the "setup" installer and the installation should run.

Set Up Error Report:AppName:setup.exe

1. Open Windows Explorer.
2. Follow this path C:\\ Program Files \\ Common Files \\ Install Shield locate the sub
folders Engine and IScript.
3. Rename (Right Click and choose "Rename" both folders example: Engineold &
IScriptold.
4. Close out of Windows Explorer and run setup again.
5. Apply the latest update patches from our website www.roxio.com.

Is Roxio 9 compatibility with windows 7?

Roxio 9, Roxio Creator 9 and Roxio Creator 10 are different animals. Roxio 9 is 3 years old +. It likely will not handle 64bit or Windows 7.
Roxio Creater 9 is not listed as compatible with Windows 7

When installing Roxio Easy CD & DVD Burning in Vista message pops up saying the software is incompatible.

Yes, Roxio Easy CD is not compatible with Windows Vista. You either need to remove windows Vista and install Windows XP, or purchase the newest, latest copy of Roxio.

Easy CD & DVD Burning and Windows Vista

You may need to run the setup directly from the CD rather than letting the autorun start and running it from there. Open up "My Computer" and go to the CD drive, right click on it and select "Explore" find the "Setup" file, and right click on that, select "Run as Adminstrator".
