Which shops can i buy a charger for my samsung sec-ypks(8) slide and tilt

You can try QI wireless car charging doc,i am using one doc.It's really good and i just place my phone into the holder.It's charge automatically and i can receive any call while charging my phone.You can collect the charging doc from amazon store.CHOE wireless charger i am using. you can try it. Not sure what you are asking, but If you are looking for a charger, you can pick one up at any mobile shop that sells these types of handsets. If your question is , how to charge, then same answer applies. Visit a cell phone dealer that sells accessories and they will have these chargers.

Try following things with the below order:
1. connect the charger to the laptop, wait 2 minutes and then press the start button.(for 2 sec)
If above does not work:
2. Remove the battery of the laptop and connect the charger. Then press the start button (for 2 sec)
If above does not work
3. Check the output of the charger with a voltometer and see if the voltage is the one that it's written on the charger.
If the charger's output is OK then:
3. your Laptop's motherboard is possibly damaged. You have to call Samsung.
If the charger does not have any voltage:
- change the cable of the charger (that is the most often "damage" that chargers have)

You need to refresh the ROM of your device, either do it yourself or consult some expert, I suggest you can take the handset to some mobile repairing shop they will upgrade the OS and it will come back to original factory settings.
