I also forgot the password of my Dell a few days ago,but I recover
windows password now by a software called Anmosoft Windows Password Reset,
it is easy and effictive to use,and all systems support.

I believe probably the easiest and safest way for you is remove your Windows OS Passwords with Windows Password Recovery tools. Furthermore, the powerful tool didn't cause a little data lose. It's worth an attempt.
I suggest you to reinstall this computer's Windows OS if any important thing on the computer. And if you don't want to do it, you can download a Windows Password Reset Tool. You can try a program called Offline NT PW and Reg-Editor. This program is one of the many programs bundled into the ultimate boot cd, which you can get at www.ultimatebootcd.com. you can also download a stand alone bootable version of the program at http://home.eunet.no/~pnordahl/ntpasswd/bootdisk.html Not only can you change or blank out (the recommended method) an XP administrator password, but you can elevate a limited account to admin access as well.
