After taking the machine apart, I have determined that the hoses are free of clogs. However, it is only pumping a small amt of liquid (1T). For example when pot is empty of water; on first cup water pumps thru tube to top of heater storage, on second cup the water pumps to end of tube, on third cup water pump about 1T into actual cup. Any ideas of where the problem is?
After dismantling the B100 and trouble shooting the machine I determined that the hose leading to the air pump on the right side of the B100 allowed water to back flow into the motor. The small amount of moisture eventually caused the motor to fail.
I had to find a scrap machine, which most people that have bought this piece of equipment have just thrown it in the trash, and remove the motor from the opposite side which still functioned. Since it is designed to mount to a specific side I had to appoxy the motor into place. To keep the problem from occuring again I purchased a check valve from a local pet store and put it in-line with the motor.
This solved the problem at the source and has prevented moisture from getting into the motor. Now I am a proud owner of a Frankin Pot. It's alive!
In the water tank you have 2 sillicon tube one of them is stretch at maximum and usaly strech in 2. cut the part split and connect it again. the probleme is because the silicon left is propryety when is strech in very hot water. the best way to slove this problem is to find about 1 in of silicon tube of 1/4 or 3/16 iner and put the new parts of tube directly on the bafle and put the original tube in the new on. it just make a link betwen the bafle and the original tube. put teflon tape on the fitting of the bafle to avoid of the new tube spout out from the fitting.//// but take care and other touble can cause this the pump can be jam because the one way valve on the side of the brewer jam open because is to teith in in is body. check all is thing .if you need somthing eles y will comme back on the site soon :0)
I've cleared the hoses, checked the pump (blows air fine), made sure the check valve was working, but when I blow into the hose, I can hear water bubbling in the tank, but none is forced up the brew-feed side. Got a lot of it apart but I don't know how that water feed hose is supposed to work and I can't seem to get into the boiler. The hose just seems to be forced through a very tight hole in the top of the boiler.
Take case apart until pump assembly can be seen..remove pump assembly ,carefully pulling from body of unit and throw it on the floor.now the keurig will be lighter and more suitable for the trash bag.
what a piece of chinese turd.
I have found that the pump on the right side ( looking at the front of the machine ) must have a hole in the rubber diapham because I found water around the motor shaft. Cleaning this and lubing it with some light oil ( which doesn't come into contact with any water to the tank ) seemed to help for a while. But it has since quit altogether. I wish someone else would make a brewer to accept these cups other than Keurig. The B100 was U.S. made and was pretty quiet. Now all the makers are made in China and sound like cement mixers. Our ( new ) B40 actually moves the cup around because it vibrates so bad. Any companies want to joint venture into a brewer to accept K Cups? AND make it in the USA? As a small manufacturer, I feel the need. Regards, Rich.
For some water issues pressure switch above brew pump "right hand side", has an adjustment on rear side "hidden". Try playing with this, after ensuring all hoses are o-k. Turn cw for more water ccw for less.

I also have a Keurig B100 which is having the problem of lack of water flow. I have repaired the worn tubing connecting to the baffle. However, when the dispenser is activated you can see the water creep up the tube to the dispenser but there does not seem to be enough pressure behind it to be dispensed. There is air being pushed though the tubes on the left of the machine.
The appearante problem seems to be that the check valve for the pump on the right side of the machine was failing and allowed water to drain into the air pump. Is it possible to get a replacement check valve and pump?
We have had our B100 for 4 years and it recently stopped pumping water into the cup. If you remove the left side panel you can see the water flowing up through the tube, but slowly and it ***** reaches the cup. I have tried to read and understand the solution that is posted, but the English is very bad and I do not understand the answer.
I have the same problem. The solution mentioned below was not my issue. No tubes at or near the baffle were cracked or split. I could not find the cause of the problem. It just seems like there is no pressure any more to push the water thru.
I'm having the same problem
I have the same problem. Sometimes I get a very small amount of water in my cup and other times I get more. I will try to do what I read here but I am not sure I understand all the instructions as the English is not great. I hope I can fix it, we'll see.....
How do I prime the Keurig to get it to pump water
