Your dishwasher is in flood safe mode. There is water in the pan beneath the wash tub. Remove the lower access panel and dry all of the water out to restore operation, at which time you will need to address the leak.

SOURCE: Bosch SHU3306UC dishwasher stopped

dave...why did the breakers pop? Sometimes, this is caused by a floating ground...the voltage from the other side of the line comes across and starts to fry things like circuit boards. What did the electrician do? Did he check the connection at the dishwasher itself?

SOURCE: My bosch dishwasher does not fill with water (although it drains)

most bosch have the inlet valve at the end of the fill pipe and it has an anti-flood device.
try turning off the water, take off the fill pipe then reconnect it and see if this works.
taking off the fill pipe resets the anti-flood device

SOURCE: bosch dishwasher motor keeps running no water

Hola Lewis!

This is such an easy repair, you'll be shocked and surprised! The reason this is happening is that the computer or timer has detected a "flood" condition and has permanently energized the drain pump to clear the "flood".

What you'll need to fix it...
1.) Shop-Vac (for vacuuming water) with a crevice tool (like one of these)
2.) T20 Torx bit with a driver. Torx sizing here. (You can get a set at Home Depot or Lowes)

All you gotta do now is get down on the floor and remove the kick panel. Then remove the screws holding the water valve and lift it up out of its' plastic holding. Now your shop-vac w/ crevice tool can be used. Stick the crevice tool in there (about 10") and vacuum up all the water that's been trapped in the basin. (you may need a flashlight to see what's going on back in there...) After the water is gone, your DW will work fine.

Here's how it works... About 10" behind the inlet valve is a "float" made of styrofoam. When water gets into the basin, the float rises and eventually trips a "flood condition" switch. This switch shuts the unit down and will only allow the drain pump to operate. So what you want to do is get the water out of the basin.

There may be a reason for the basin flooding, though. Suds (caused by too much (or the wrong) detergent), an actual water leak from the valve, etc... So after you get the water out of there and the unit is working again, you may want to monitor it (like, only run it when someone is home) for a while just to make sure that a real flood does not occur.

Hope this helps.

SOURCE: dishwasher bosch beeping noise

Found this on the Bosch website..... see 2nd to last step
The Cycle Completion Signal
This Cycle Completion Signal is a tone that sounds to alert you when your dishwasher
finishes washing and drying your dishes. You can either disable the tone or set the volume.
To activate:
· P ress and hold the right “Cancel Drain” button then press and hold the On/Off button.
· When the light on the “Cancel Drain” button you are pressing illuminates and the tone
begins to sound, release both buttons.
· P ress the right-most “Cancel Drain” button until the tone is either at the desired volume
or is silent.
· P ress the On/Off Button. The Cycle Completion Signal is now set.

Bosch Dishwasher won't fill with water

Certainly *sounds* like the float is stuck in the over filled position
or possible a bad float switch, if the float is stuck in the up or full position, the d/w will not fill with water and the drain motor will often run all the time

Have a Bosch SHU43C05UC/14 dishwasher. Water comes in, gets heated, but the unit never seems to go into wash cycle, fills, then drains a little.

This may sound odd but might work.

Reset the machine as to start a new cycle. Add 2-4 cups of water. If the machine starts and runs through a cycle then the water inlet valve needs to be replaced.

Good luck

Our shu66c05uc Bosch dishwasher does not dispense the detergent.

Most likely the solenoid that operates the lever on the detergent door is faulty. Only solution is to replace the whole dispenser, unfortunately. It is possible that the controller is not activating the dispenser but less likely.
