How to enter your Nokia unlocking code
Use the * (Star) Key to get the p w and + characters.

Press * key 3 times for p
Press * key 4 times for w
Press * key 2 times for +

Please note: You only have 3 attempts to enter this unlocking code.

Remote control added or replaced. System malfunction.
How
Obtain all remote controls. Remove key from ignition switch. Close all doors. Open driver's door. Carry out the following within 24 seconds: Turn ignition switch ON and back to LOCK position 3 times. Remove key. Press and release driver's door courtesy light switch 3 times. Ensure doors lock and unlock. If not, wait 40 seconds and repeat procedure starting with driver's door already open. Press each remote control lock or unlock button twice. Ensure doors lock and unlock after each remote control operation. If not, proceed as follows: Press and release driver's door courtesy light switch once. Ensure doors lock and unlock twice. Repeat procedure starting with driver's door already open.
NOTE: A maximum of 3 remote controls can be programmed.

Manually lock vehicle using key. Press unlock button at 1 second intervals, as follows: Twice for memory position 2 (second key). Three times for memory position 3 (third key). Four times for memory position 4 (fourth key). Alarm horn sounds once every time unlock button is pressed, to indicate signal received. Wait 6 seconds. Press unlock button once to confirm programming. Vehicle unlocks. Programming mode deactivated. Switch ignition OFF.
NOTE: Ignition MUST be switched OFF between each key programming procedure

Most likely to be a faulty resistor block, which has 3 resistors and a thermal fuse controlling fan speeds 1,2 and 3, maximum speed 4 by-passes the resister block. It may also be poor electrical connections to the resistor block caused by overheating. Renault ask for approximately £350 to carry out repairs, a replacement resistor block will cost £50. Hi! Its your lucky day! I have programming instructions right here! Under your steering column u will find ur DLC (Data Link Connecter) Its the data port that dealers and garages use to hook up to their computer. You will need a wire (jumper wire) that is thick enuff to carry a low voltage. And ground wire to bare piece of metal. ok here are the instructions MAKE SURE IGNTION IS SWITCHED OFF!
1) Jump DLC terminal 1 and ground.
2) Within 10 sec.. switch ignintion to ACC position and then back to OFF 3 times.
3) Doors should lock and unlock to confirm registration mode.
4) Press and release remote transmitter LOCK button
5) Within 10 sec Press remote transmitter LOCK button twice. Doors should lock and unlcok to confirm registration. If registering 2 remotes within 1 minute carry out button procedure for additional transmitters. Doors should lock and unlock to confirm registration
NOTE: to exit programming mode: switch ignition to ON. Also a MAXIMUM of 2 transmitters can be programmed at a time.

If you search the net hard enough there is a lot of software out there to unlock Sony Ericsson phones. And if my memory serves me correctly you will need a serial cable to carry out said operation as a normal USB might not work and could cause more problems than it will solve. P.S I have two excellent utilities to unlock most samsung phones but it did take 3 hours of searching!!! Try the forums for your phone.

If you mean does it use a SIM card, yes, all gsm phones have a sim card. But it may need unlocking if you want to use a different sim than one provided by the original network.
