Janome 9000 I have the janome memory craft reader/writer box but I no longer have the software.Does anyone have any idea if this can be downloaded or purchase from whom? I think the software was called customizer 2000.

Well I have the disk and the box but don't know how to use them. Do you have instructions or just know how to use it? I could send you a copy of the disk. Or I think you could find it on Ebay. Good luck and thanks in advance.

If your speaking of the "Monogram Wizard Plus" this only comes with the machine and is not sold separately. If you are talking about the "Embriodery Machine Essentials" that is available directly from Janome. Here is a link to the machine info on their site:
