error 0094h = 2nd image transfer pressure/retraction failure
basically it means that either a sensor or cable is not fitted supposedly and reseating could possibly solve the issue.

Error 08 relates to the main motor having problems turning. Quite often this is caused by a faulty consumable (opc,toner or transfer belt). Could also be that the lid is not closing properly and stopping the toner carousel turning freely.

Normal 0 Driver could be corrupt.
Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off. I'd do both and reinstall the CD software program that came with the printer. When the software program asks you to connect the printer to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.

This error (12H) pertains to the Laser Unit of the printer which is damaged and needs to be replaced. The Laser Unit is the heart of the printer, it's what transmits the image to be printed. You need to contact a service center and will run you about $200. I had this same problem with my printer and had to call Technical Support and they gave me the bad news

It relates to the transfer belt unit, replace it

13D0H: Parameter Chip failure

Unplug the power cord and plug it in, then turn
OFF and ON the Power Switch.
the PWB-A may be faulty.

I had the same problem one time, they told me to pull out all of the toner cartriges, power off, power on, power off, replace all cartridges and the problem went away.

Who knows why. If this doesn't work....

Call Konica Minolta tech support.

They were pretty helpful to me.

Rack rotation failure, I'm not 100% that this is that error, but does the rack, where the toner are move ? if not, move it with manually a little bit then restart printer.
