load white paper and just press the stop button located in the panel, it will print all received documents

you have to put out the document and cleaning the Printer, if the error continue for more time, you have to cleaning more, open you eyes much more and find where are not clear!

While not as popular as they were before the Internet became a principal means of business communication, fax machines are still an essential item in many offices. They are particularly useful on business documents when a signature is needed. Canon makes a number of fax machines that use both ink-jet and laser technology to receive and print documents. Most fax machines store incoming faxes in memory so you can reprint them, but occasionally the memory becomes full resulting in an error message. Your Canon fax machine's memory can be cleared quickly and easily so you can start using it again.


Instructions

* Click the "Menu" button.

* Press the arrow buttons to scroll through the options on the screen. Select
"MEMORY REFERENCE" and click "Start/Copy."

* Use the arrow buttons to choose "DEL. PRINTED RX" then click "Start" again.

Press "*" to select the "Yes" option from the screen. This will delete all documents from the fax machine's memory.

* Click "Stop" to finish.

You could be out of toner = new toner cartridge.
You could be out of paper = reload paper
You could have a printer problem, paper jam, door open, etc

get the printer part working.

does it print a report if you press the 'report' key?

Line noise could cause trouble. I don't know if this unit supports VOIP phone lines. Many fax units require a genuine analog line or something that reproduces an analog phoneline.
Can you test the unit with a genuine analog line?

I think the error is point to a fuser (temp issue) problem.

You press "Menu" button and use arrow key to select "Memory Reference" --> press "Start" button --> and now you can see your documents in memory ---> You can print out or delete. If you have any problem with Canon products you can email to me.

To clear recieved faxes from memory that are not printed out after a print failure. Perform the following. Lift the panel press data registration then press #. Press the down arrow to test and press set and set again. this will perform a memory test and wipe out the contents that hold the documents while leaving the speed dial memory.
