Disconnected Air Purge lines. It was under high pressure (careful).

Please do the following 1# Check your machine ISV tank liquid line quick connector.it's seems to be very tight,open little & try to charging.2# Rebuild charging solenoid.

Don't worry this is normal.Because while machine is running for vacuum or recycle mode,automatic air purge device will active for some time & it will purge air from ISV.

the service manual on it covers that, lost the manual?
if yes, lost ask the maker for it.

34700 unit when in the vacuum mode it sends R134 into the oil recovery bottle tank

Please check oil drain sensor(switch) or oil drain solenoid for any debris. If both are check OK, then check Vacuum,Recycle and charge solenoid for any debris or damage. Replace/rebuild as needed. Hope this will help you

I have a Robinair 34700 A/C machine that the freon is coming out of at the oil/dye bottle. Like the freon and oil are not being seperated. Any ideas what it will take to fix this????

Robinair 34700 recovery problem

It sound like one of the pressure trunsducer is not working or disconnected from the manifold assy.or from ISV tank.Please check Low,High and ISV tank pressure transducer

PROBLEM WITH WEIGHT CALIBRATION

Calibration procedure for Robinair AC machine.
NOTE:FOR SCAL CALIBRATION YOU SHOULD HAVE 9KG/20LB OF WEIGHT.From main menu go to change default (press 8787 for old type machine or 5454 new type machine)
then press enter/start key.after enter to default nenu you have to select calibrate scal option.press again enter/start key then follow the on scree message.once you done so,press stop/exit key to complete the prcess.
