There is dirt on the inside of the glass panel on the front of the oven door. I've removed the door, removed the bottom and side frames. The glass seems like it should lift out. there are two small tabs on the top frames over the glass. The rubber gasket across the top seems to be what is holding the glass. The glass would just pull out from under these two tabs if it were not stuck to the gasket. Does the top frame of the door have to be removed to safely remove the glass. I can't find any screws for the top frame, perhaps they are under the glass. Do I just have to keep working at pulling the glass until it releases from the rubber gasket ?
You do no tneed to remove the top to release the glass, yea aslong as the lower trim is removed then the only thing holding the glass, is the grease/sticky rubber gaket. lift up from the bottom slightly and twist out from the tabs. just be carefull when cleaning inner door glass, those "ridges in the paint, are just that paint, so dont use anything abrasive, youll ruin the finish!
