HP4355 printer driver

This printer is plug and play. The operating system is what the printer is installed into, not Word. Go to "Add Printer" in control panel and then follow the on screen instructions from there to install the printer. You can also download (if the above method doesn't pan out) the software free of charge at the HP customer support site free of charge, just type HP4355 Software in a google search window will also work.

If you go to http://www.hp.com you can download the drivers you need. Click on the Support and Drivers link at the top of the page. I think your drivers can be found on the following webpage:
