SOURCE: how to disassemble to clean. don,t have a tool.

Just find a big wire around 1/8 diameter. Bend it and insert both ends on the blade holes. Cover the sharp blade with cloth or use leather gloves.

How do I dismantle my Grant Hackett juice machine to clean it please?

Question edited for clarity.
Question moved from Washing Machines to a better category.

This appears to be an Australian machine and is unknown in North America. The is nothing on it apart from people selling them and no manual available.

Normally, you remove the top. Then you remove the macerator, the part with the teeth. Then finally the basket. You wipe out the machine with a wet cloth and put it back together again after washing rinsing and drying the removable parts. The machine itself is not washable.

I need a juice tiger deluxe manual only

Who makes this, the model number would be great as well. Here is a site which has a ton of online manuals for juicers and other products. Since I couldn't find yours as named, you may find it, if so -- let us know. Otherwise, give me more info on who made it and model number. I can usually find a pdf which i can email. Good care.

I have a singer juice giant model 774 and I cannot take out the "basket-filter-screening" to clean it up.

General instructions:

clean the basket-filter-screening of your Singer Juice Giant Model 774:

First, unplug the juicer from the power source and disassemble it.
Remove the pulp container and the juice jug.
Locate the basket-filter-screening and gently twist it counterclockwise to remove it from the juicer.
Rinse the basket-filter-screening under running water to remove any pulp or debris.
Use a soft-bristled brush to scrub away any remaining residue.
Rinse the basket-filter-screening again and dry it with a clean towel.
Reassemble the juicer.
If you need more detailed instructions, you can refer to the manual for your product

I acquired the JEX328KE juicer at a garage sale but didnt get the manual. is it possible to get one for it or to look at it online?

I also acquired this Kenmore juicer just today at a thrift store. It is virtually the identical juicer as the Waring Pro JEX328 Juice Extractor (only w/o the KE, for Kenmore). The manual can be found at the following link:

http://www.waringproducts.com/ret/share/man/12_man.pdf

When juicing carrots, you'll want to keep your eye on the pulp being produced. You may need to empty the pulp collector after 8 to 10 large carrots before proceeding. It's easy to clean, as well as very simple to assemble and disassemble.

Enjoy!

Ican not remove the the basket for cleaning is to hard

You cannot get the basket our for cleaning. Unfortunately there are no instructions or troubleshooting or anything on the manufacturer's website for fixing this..

Here's the problem...There are 3 little captured balls on the basket that engage into holes into the juicer to hold it into place when you load it. The problem is that over time - the balls get juice in them. Then you store the thing with the basket locked into the juicer. Then from sitting in your cupboard - the juice dries and the balls are stuck. When they get very sticky they do not float in their cavity they are stuck. Then after you juice the next time - you cannot get basket off. basket is stuck and you will destroy the juicer if you try to pry it out with excessive force.
If you have this problem and you are lucky enough to be reading this - I have figured out the fix on my own...

You need to fill up a large tupperware, rubbermaid, whatever - bowl about 3 inches deep with hot water. Then take the juicer with the clear cover off and flip it upside down and into the hot water. Make sure the water is covering the entire basket area, but not so deep it goes into the motor area. I let it soak for about 3 hours, but I don't think you will need to do it for that long. When I took it out of the water I was able to pry the basket out with very little force. This is when I discovered this flawed design with the balls.

I used it probably for a year or so about 40 or 50 times without this issue, but let it sit for about 4 months - which is why I believe it caused these balls with juice in them to get so frozen I couldn't remove it.

Good luck. It worked for me.. this should work for you!

Cant grt it apart to clean

Take off the top part of the juicer that has the chute. You will see the blade and basket. The blade appears to be attached to the basket with three small screws but is actually screwed onto the basket by a large screw that protrudes out of the basket underneath the blade. So the trick is to unscrew the blade, turning it to the left by using maybe a small screwdriver that you will have to put into one of the two small holes that are on the blade surface and pushing the blade to the left. This should loosen the blade and then you can just unscrew the blade off the basket. Once you get that blade off, the rest of the juicer comes apart. The newer models come with a little tool with a couple of arms that go down into those holes and loosen the top. Good luck.
