My phone time is continually 5 minutes behind the world clock and the clocks and phones I see. HELP! I have tried turning it off/on - Have taken out the battery - done a complete reboot. Nothing fixes.

The onlu thing I can think of is manually going to the settings, go to system, scrool down to remove programs, and click on the file name of the download and removing it that woay. THat should work and if it doesnt, take it to ur comapny wtore. They will most likely give u another one for free because they are lazy.

Resetting the phone deletes

Does this phone have a WIFI connection? If it does, check to be sure that it's not constantly on.
In fact, turn off your bluetooth, WIFI, GPS, and any other unecessary items.
This will save your battery and prevent drain.
If that doesn't work, You may need to get a replacement phone through your carrier's warranty program.

PLease do a hard reset on the phone and here is how you do it
.
1. Turn the phone off. If it's frozen or unresponsive, pull then replace the battery.
2. Press and hold the Volume Up and Volume Down buttons and power the phone back on.
3. Continue to hold Volume Up and Volume Down until a factory reset screen appears.
