We just bought our Casera convection oven but there are no manuals, or any other paper work with it and we dont know how to use it, can you please help me to find this info. thanks heaps Karren

Igor one too, I bought through Easy Cook's website- cookbook and instruction manual, their convection ovens are probably better Australian made, too but I figured that the what was written in their book, would apply to any convection oven and it does, and I recommend that solution.

I belong to thiruvalla and need to service my panasonic microwave oven(NN-C784MF)-28L.I need to know the best person to call.

Due to the type and design of your microwave oven, consult an Panasonic authorised service centre.

www.panasonic.com for a list of dealers in your area.

What cause the wattage difference?

Wattage is based upon voltage & current. I would think that on the 1300W unit, either the voltage or the current is higher than that which is used on the 1200W unit.

Perhaps the magnetron in the 1300W unit is being driven harder. Are the fans the same size?, The magnetron in the 1300W could be running harder and they have a larger fan in it.

In any event, if the part numbers are the same, you should have no trouble using one units parts to fix the other.

Good luck!
