Power off the machine. Then remove the toner bottle be careful the hole might be on the bottom toner is going to go everywhere. Then close the toner cover and turn on the machine. Let the machine go through it normal routine. When it asks for toner install the toner correctly. If THE KUNB on the side of the bottle is damage put a new one in that KUNB is what the toner motor uses to turn the bottle if it is damaged you get a code. If that does not work you might have a bad motor or the home sensor or actuator for the toner bottle is bad worse case the control board is bad

Try resetting the copier first, power on - open the front door remove small cover on the right hand side press reset button - close door. The machine should now boot, but if the fault is still present a service call will be required.

First check the alignment front and rear of the finisher, check the finisher exit guide rollers if the paper is exiting properly, open both rear and the front cover and check the lower gears attach is the up/down drive belt. that lower gear one might be broken by the pin slot.

Transfer belt code C096 mite try open and closing the front door where you put the toner. Also remove the image transfer belt and then reseat it.

I had the same problem one time, they told me to pull out all of the
toner cartriges, power off, power on, power off, replace all cartridges
and the problem went away.
Who knows why. If this doesn't work....
