Make sure that your battery is not absolutely empty. Plug in your charger and hang on for 15 minutes. If nothing happens than you must have a hardware problem, that means you have to visit your phone brand's service.

First off, make sure your battery is charged. If your battery wont charge, there are a couple of options.
Try a new charger
Clean any dirt out of the charging connection with a compressed air can.
If your still not getting a charge, get a replacement battery which you should be able to get from your provider. If not, replace the phone. Blackberry's are notorious for having problems with them. if you like the blackberry business features, i would switch to an android phone. They can do everything a blackberry can.
