just re install the blackberry operatind system software into ur fon from ur computer................and go on ....................or u can take off the battery and put it into again and press the return key when the red light goes off and till ur cell completly opens dont leave the return key..............it opens ur cell in safemode and u can deal with the error in safe mode

it happened to me 2 mos ago and now its finally working with the latest OS. however if you didnt back up all info e.g. contacts, messages and likes will be gone.
1. download JLCommander and install it to your PC
2. download your phone OS version from your carriers website

if you dont see your carrier just pick one as long as its multi language it doesnt make any diff.

download a BB desktop manager ,install it and then connect your phone to the pc via the cable ,let the pc install the drivers o the phone be patient , your desktop manager will recognize your phone , there is one option name update device ,click on that and follow the instructions ur phone will be updated online and your prob will be solved , if u still need assistance mail me at [email protected]
