I don't 100% understand why Cubase does this. I'm assuming it's a memory (RAM) problem. If you record loud and clear anough you can just drag the tracks to where they're meant to be afterwards because you can see where they go relative to the other tracks
better , you can use it by nuendo or cubase sx. over all you try it cubase device setup and click vst system or switch vst audio bay. for more help call me +8801711904316
Convert the audio to Mono WAV (16Bit, 44.1KHz). This can be done by using Cubase(Hope you got Cubase LE with Zoom). In an empty project import the audio, then mark the whole track using the Draw tool and then got to File->Export. Here select the above options and export. Import this file into Zoom H4 either by copying directly into the memory card or through connecting the Zoom to computer ( I copy it directly into the memory card's STEREO folder). Now if you import it to any project, it will appear there. You can now use Zoom H4 as a Karaoke device!! Anyway, sad that Zoom H4 doesn't support stereo tracks in the 4Track mode.
you have a pci audio card so maybe you can add an extra input device by going to devices panel or press F4 shortcut.
and choose your usb mic.
also you can check your wavelab audio inputs. they must have the same config so if you can record woth your usb mic and your poci card in wave lave you must be able to do so in cubase sx
you dont say what program you are using to record on. If it's cubase sx it's the fault of the program not the soundcard. Contact cubase and they will give you the fix
