Im trying to get my PS3 and my Xbox 360 two work with my projector(not simultaneously). Since the projector doesnt have an HDMI port i bought the Sabrent HDMI to VGA converter. So i have an HDMI cable running from my PS3 into HDMI input and the VGA 3.5mm stereo audio M/M combo cable connecting from the output of the converter to my projector. When i first got it, i plugged it into my xbox 360 and it worked but then i tried to change the resolution and or HDTV settings( cant remember which) and then the screen went black and it showed no signal. PLZ help i dont want to spend anymore money if i dont have to.

There's no solution. it will not connect with macbook pro or any other mac. as on the phone with all technicians and they do not know what to do. I had the unit replaced and still would not connect.

The lamp cover has a disconnect that won't allow power while the cover is off. Sometimes the piece of metal gets bent out of place.
Try removing the cover for the lamp, and bending the little piece of metal forward.
It worked for me!!!!
