I have pushed the utility key and the power key at the same time and when it powers on, it says "troubleshoot reset" so I touch it and then it says 'OK" but doesn't do anything after that. I have also repowered it to see if that works and I am still getting the error message....Help...

I have come across this kind of problem.
Is your BizHub on the network? If yes, please switch it off completely, and take the Ethernet cable out of the BizHub.
Wait for atleast 30 seconds and reconnect the cable. Now start the printer again and see if the error message goes away.

had a similiar problem with a Bizhub C-353. I tried opening closing the
front door several time & power cycling galore. Turns out a had a
loose on the saddle tray sensor. I wish the stupid thing would have
just said "Finisher tray full" or something close to it.

Yes, that is it..... The company I purchased the unit from sent a company they use for service out to my house (free of charge)and the finisher needed to be aligned because it was off from the movers who delivered it...It is a fantastic unit...very happy with it.
