Blower fan is making a screeching noise blower was replaced and is still making noise th old fan had gauges inside the filter. Was changed and everything was cleaned still making noise
Sounds like a bad blower motor or installed wrong, the blower may be hitting heater box. found that some aftermarket blowers are not made to oem specs, if there is nothing inside the heater box then i would replace with dealer part, good day.
Either its developed the same fault or the fan motor bearing has failed, needs greasing or, if there's a belt, the belt is slipping.

check the heater/lighter fuse in fuse box located inside the car

Hi,
When you removed your motor, did you check in the area where the motor mounted to see if there was an obstruction? It could be a bit of insulation or paper... just a thought.
Good luck!

yes there is a fuse
what kind of nest? did something chew through a wire?
could be under dash or the fuse box under the hood if you still have it check the owners manual in the glove box dont jump steps and just replace the fan could be fruitless

the blower motor is located behind and under the glove box. its held to the blower housing by three screws. remove the three screws and the motor will slide down and towards you. to test the motor. apply power to the yelllow/black wire and ground to the blue/red wire. the motor should run. if not you prob have a faulty power resistor.
