Try this , turn off the phone , take out the battery for about 5 minutes , reinsert the battery and let the phone boot up . This is usually a glitch and can sometimes be cleared by this method. Failing that , hook the phone up to your computer and go into the pc companion software that comes with the phone as it should be inbuilt , then delete from there.
