SOURCE: Logitech wireless keyboard doesn't respond

Ok, try this. Remove the batteries from the keyboard, just type anything randomly for about a minute on the k/b keys (doesnt have to make sense) Just press as many keys as you can. This will discharge the capacitors and reset the k/b. Reinsert the batteries, making sure they are in the correct alignment (try to use new batteries if you can) and connect to reciever. Press the connect button on receiver first, and then press the connect button under the keyboard.

If that still doesn't work, then your keyboard is most likely defective. Make sure you have reinstalled the k/b software first from Logitech..

SOURCE: Logitech wireless keyboard doesn't respond

I also had a non-responsive keyboard that worked for a couple of days after installing. I purchased the unit over a year ago due to a great price. Since it was most likely out of warrantee and new batteries did not help, I open the unit and found a cracked solder connection on the positive battery terminal. I re-soldered the connection and it now works great.

SOURCE: Logitech wireless mouse and keyboard

Normal 0 Press the Receiver button (and the lights will start flashing.
Then if the Keyboard isn't working, press the small RESET/CONNECT button on the back of the board to connect the keyboard to the receiver.

If the MOUSE isn’t working, push the small RESET/CONNECT button on the back of the mouse to connect to the receiver. Then they should work okay.
Hope this helps. Bud

I have a great Logiech Laser mouse. Purchased in 2003, with an ID L-LN-13. Where is the battery located? I cannot find the cover to expose the battery! PID number LZ646B5

I'm not 100% sure of this, but after some googling, it looks like you're supposed to have a charger base for it. I would imagine the battery is proprietary hardware that can't really be replaced.

My mouse just stopped working. I have a cordless

I would start by pressing the Connect button on the bottom of the mouse, then the Connect button on the bottom of the mouse receiver connected to your computer.

If that doesn't work, try replacing the batteries, then going through the Connect method mentioned above.

If you look at the rear of the mouse, there is a little half circle button. Push that part in a little and you can remove the battery door thats just above that button.

Check the logitech website for the exact model of the mouse. This page has all the mice, http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/398/&cl=us,en?prodcrid=398

Pick the one that looks like yours, and you can download the driver.
