Hi, I am getting an error E68 on my dryer

E68 error code is a stuck button error code. You can try to wiggle each button on the control panel to make sure they are all functioning freely. If so, then unplug the dryer and leave it unplugged a couple minutes then plug the dryer back in to clear the electronic panel's error code. If the panel still shoes E68, then you'll need to replace the panel. Part#134557201

The code E68 appears when one of the buttons on the keypad is stuck in the down position. This is a common error with several different Frigidaire dryer models and tends to occur when the dryer is five or more years old. You may be able to un-stick the offending key manually. If you are getting an error code E68 on your Frigidaire dryer, it usually indicates that one of the keys (buttons) is stuck closed (active). Let's try entering a "Function Test Mode" and perform Key Test to determine which button is at fault. To perform the "Function Test Mode": Press and hold the START and CANCEL button at the same time for 10 seconds. The stuck key should blink. Carefully free the key and perform the test again after proper diagnosis. If button is free but the error code still exists, the electronic control will more than likely need replacing after proper diagnosis. If all the buttons are loose you can try to reset the unit control by unplugging the dryer for two minutes. If the error code comes back you will need to replace the unit control.

E68 is a stuck button check all of the buttons if you can't unstick you will have to replace contol.
Be sure to unplug your dryer before starting any work on it.
You can replace it, just remove the top and then the screws holding the panel, slide to one side and lift out, lay it on a table or on top of the dryer and swap the panel. Good Luck, I hope this helps
