Looks like the flood switch at the base of the dishwashwer has actuated. This is likely to have been caused by moisture collecting at the base under the bottom drawer.
Try to extend out the bottom drawer as much as possible to expose the back part of the base. Turn off the power. Use towels and hair dryer to dry the base and switch on. If still not ok then you may have to take out the bottom drawer and dry out the base.
the likely causes are - too much foam in detergent, a kink or crack in the water hose or a broken actuator arm that supports the water hoses when the drawers are pulled out and in.
most dishwashers of this design have a small extractor fan built in if yours is one of these it may not be working if not try adjusting door latch a little tighter hope this helps
Turn off the breaker that powers it. If all else fails, take a jug, fill it in the sink and pour it into the bottom of the dishwashwer until it comes to the bottom of the heater, that's the round think suspended above the bottom, below the rack, and turn it back on.
I have just done this on my own dishwasher, and managed to bend the next curl of the springs to replace the broken ends, see instructions and pictures here:- http://www.howtofixanything.co.uk/howto-260.html
You can try one of the cleaners sold for this purpose like glisten, dishwasher magic or jetdry dishwasher cleaner. It may not be getting enough water due to the fill valve clogging up. You can check this by small amounts of water slowly with a cup in the wash cycle and quickly opening the door to see if the upper sprayarm is turning. If more water helps you need to replace the valve.
