I have a Motorola V220 cellphone handset which freezes in 20mins of being turned on. if its on the charger, it stops charging and i tried switching it off but it would not respond. I then remove the battery back cover and the battery and put the battery back again, then i press the green button to switch it on. But again in about 10-15mins it freezes again.
Sounds like you need a new charger and cord.
Have you done any updates to it if not connect to internet and try updates

I am having similar issues. Before you OPEN the boom, press and hold the CALL button in the middle and ensure your Bluetooth is paired/synced with your cell phone.
Press and HOLD about 5 seconds until the PURPLE light illuminates. Then flip it open immediately and begin the pairing process.
My problem is that the purple light won't illuminate at all...

i opened it,the upper part does not detach completely but slides,the blue light turned off finally but then on pressing the button nothing happened.Now i'm charging the battery and the blue light is on as usual so i hope it's just out of energy and it will work again when recharge will be finished:)
