Installation of my intex webcam model no. IT-305wc without cd-rom

How can i install my webcam without using cd-rom because we don't have that yet.
thank you! I have the problem for installing Intex Webcam whose driver is not available with me. I need help.

    Search Google Intex Webcam Drivers and with the result go for drivers.

1. Go to: http://www.intextechnologies.com/webpages/download-driver.aspx
2. Under the "Download Drivers" section, click "PC Web Cam".
3. Click "Night Vision 500K (IT-305WC)"
4. Click "Win XP/Vista". This will start the download of your web cam's drivers.
