After making approximately 200 coffees, the internal brewing chamber and the
brewing unit must be cleaned (of coffee oils, etc.). The display will show
CLEAN UNIT alternating with the regular message. This indicates that it is time
to run the tablet cleaning cycle

Clean the frame of your LED TV with a soft, clean, lint free, dry cloth. To clean the screen, first try wiping gently with the soft, clean, lint free, dry cloth. If that does not work, spray ScreenClean or another screen cleaner solution onto the cloth. Never spray it directly onto your TV screen. How to fix Raypack that Runs for 2 minutes and then off with PLT on Screen

If your Raypack (mine is a 2100 but most have the same electronic ignition pilot) lights and runs for about 2-5 minutes an then shuts off, you need to clean the pilot sensor. The pilot sensor tells the unit the Burners are running. If the pilot sensor becomes corroded, carbon, etc. the unit will light but will shut off after a few minutes as it thinks the unit is not operating properly. The unit will try to re light, but fail, and then PLT will show on the main programming screen. To fix the probelm, shut off the unit power. Remove the pilot assembly which is located at the bottom right of the unit. There is one screw holding the pilot assembly in place. Gently remove the pilot assembly. There is a fork like probe sensor (not the one with ignition and gas feed) that needs to be cleaned. Take some rough sand paper and clean it thoroughly. Re insert pilot assembly and fire the unit. If this fails, clean the sensor again. Problem solved!

How to clean the lense and screen in a projection TV.

When you replace your lamp or do work in your dlp or projection tv you should also clean the lenses and reflective surfaces to allow more light to pass through giving a sharper and brighter image.

Inspect your unit to see how the screen is attached. Most newer units have the screen attached at the bottom with screws. To access the screws you will need to remove the speaker grille. To remove the grille gently pull out on the edge of the grille at a corner until it pops loose. Continue around the perimeter until the grille is removed. Now you should be able to get to the screws.

Remove all the screws at the bottom of the screen and any other screws which obviously appear to be holding the screen on. Grasp the screen by both sides and lift it straight up. You may have to give it a tug to get it started. Once removed lay the screen on the carpet on it's front.

Using a lint free cloth, usually cloth diapers will work, and a glass cleaner with no ammonia, spray the cloth and using a circular motion clean the lenses and mirrors. Be careful when cleaning the lenses as they are plastic and will scratch. Never wipe them with a dry cloth or paper towels. Do not wipe them anymore than necessary but you may have to clean them several times if the lenses are very dirty. Clean them until you see no streaks or smears.

If your mirror is foil be very careful how much pressure you apply. If your mirror is glass cleaning will be no problem but be careful not to break it. Foil mirrors generally require several cleanings and a light touch.

Never spray any of the parts with the cleaner!!! Always spray the cloth away from the unit then wipe the parts to be cleaned in a circular pattern.

Remember to clean the rear of the screen being careful not to apply too much pressure. Do not get any liquid between the screen surfaces which are usually comprised of three parts. Less cleaner here is better.

When all surfaces shine and are free of dust, reassemble the unit and you should have a much better picture.

Fresh Air will not work after cleaning

How well did you clean it, there are 2 connections to the lcd screen up front maybe one of those became unpugged. You have to be careful cleaning around the circuit boards because body static can ruin a circuit board. Its possible that happened . I had a problem with a lcd screen going bad and the unit would not come on and just stay lit like your describing. I replaced the screen and it was fine.

Cob webs behind screen

The frame around the screen just pops off. Unscrew the plastic holders from the chassis frame and the screen will come off allowing you to clean everything inside easily. The "2" thin screens are easily cleaned and put back on easily also. Don't do what I did and think the screens go into the front slot of your plastic brace, they slide easily into the wider slot. You'll also be able to clean the dust from the reflector and guns with Windex. Much better picture after wards, trust me. You would be surprised how much dust may have accumulated on the lenses.

Have cleaned the brew unit and the machine still does not work

If you are holding the brew unit in you hand look at the top you will notice a small knob with grooves, if you look to the bottom of that knob about 3-4 inches inside the unit you will see the screen. If it is no noticeable run water from the faucet over the brew unit.
