what PC you have. make and model
what PC OS it runs, w7 is OP OS (orig. posters operating system) there is no w7 driver.
AND WHAT IS THE Problem (lost the driver) sure.
Ev1938-4ch pci sound card , this is a a very very old sound card.
first off it is a PCI card , not PCI-e card and is useless in any modern PC lacking old relic PCI slots.
no PC told so how could I know what you have and what it supports.
the last Driver for it is VISTA. 2009
next topic related is the horror of their long history, they went bust long ago, read that.

finding drivers for old PCI (non express card) 12 years later is hard, and not getting driver to OS virus.
vast web sites show drivers for it , that are fully infected.
they still make a clone of that card in china, did you just buy one of those? if yes it has CD.
lost the CD? (most though end at VISTA)

the problem with all old cards for sure super OLD PCI (non express) cards
are driver, that is because
1: the maker ended support, (and did long long ago)
2: the maker is now GONE ,defunct, yes and no, it is reborn now.
3: the maker can not support the old cards because the actual chip on board is from defunct maker.
most times vista drivers will not load to W10, if is w10 not told
but the way to do that if pain is fun Vista is, is told here, at MS,
