Push the cover toward the back of the camera and then toward the end, just as the arrow indicates, then the end of the cover nearest the end of the camera will swing open. Follow the illustration in the "Insert the Batteries" section of the manual (page 12 in my copy).

SOURCE: Battery remove

Can you not hold the camera upright and it should fall a little bit to allow you to grab hold of the end and pull it out.

Otherwise it this isn't happening there may be a mechanism problem.

hope this helps.

SOURCE: Can't Find Battery.

The camera itself doesn't have a battery. If you have a light meter in the finder however, then the battery for it is in the finder itself. Press the button the back on the left side while at the same time, push the lever over on the finder. That will release the viewfinder.

Look underneath and you will see the battery cap. Unscrew that and you'll see the compartment. If it is an old FTn finder, then it will likely take the mercury batteries that are about 1.35V. They don't sell those anymore as mercury is illegal in consumer batteries, but if you do a search on eBay for 1.35V WEIN cells you should be able to track down replacement batteries.

You could put Duracell PX625 batteries in, but they ar 1.5V and thus will give inaccurate meter readings.

How to replace the ECM on a 2005 crysler pacifica

see the procedure and fix it. God bless you
    • 1 Open the engine compartment to access the battery. Disconnect the battery with a socket wrench.
    • 2 Locate the ECM either in the engine compartment or under one of the front seats in the vehicle. The ECM is a silver, rectangular module. Consult your owner's manual or appropriate car dealership for the location of the ECM if you don't know
    • 3 Disconnect the electrical supply by lifting the locking tab and pulling away from the computer. This will isolate the electrical power.
    • 4 Unbolt the screws holding the ECM in place with a socket wrench. Pull the old ECM out and replace it with the new one.
    • 5 Bolt the ECM in place with the socket wrench. Ensure the bolts are tight.
    • 6 Plug in the electrical wires to the ECM. The wiring harness will lock in once it is pushed in far enough.
    • 7 Connect the battery cables to the battery. Tighten the cables with a socket wrench.
    • 8 Start the vehicle and allow it to idle for five minutes. If there are still conflicting codes, the "Check Engine" light will come on.

How to open battery compartment on remote

That clear plastic tab was there simply to keep the battery from making contact and running down.Since you declined to specify a make or model I can't give you definitive instructions. Can you find the outline of the battery cover? There's probably a set of grooved ribs on the cover, possibly with an arrow. If there is an arrow, put your thumb on the ribs and push in that direction. If there isn't an arrow you may have to try both directions if it's not obvious which way it's supposed to go.If you need further assistance feel free to reply to this post, but also be sure to specify the make and model of whatever device you're trying to open.

1200 suzuki bandit, won't button start, will push & jump start, checked fuses

Try pulling the switch open, and clean the contacts, or make sure everything still connects as it should.
Check your connections at the starter and solenoid.

I Have a 2006 pontiac G6 gt with the 3500 engine, The battery was removed positive side first and now after it was replaced the fuel pump isn't working, everything else seems fine but the pump...

You can't fix it yourself. It takes a scanner at your Local Dealership to do it. People do it, (new battery) everyday unaware that doing so can and usually does, arm the theft system and either kills the radio or the whole car. To me it's just another built-in defect that requires dealer assistance. It's a buzzkill I know, and it probably won't be long until car owners won't even have access to the engine compartment. Sorry.

My hhr will not turn off, where is the battery so i can disconnect it

Unplugging the battery won't shut it down I don't think.

Get into your fuse box under the dash or in the engine compartment and pull the fuse for the fuel pump.

My mouse died this a.m., so I think I need to change the battery. But I don't know how to open it up to do so. Make & model? That's gonna be a tough one. I can describe it to you... 504...

we need make and model as every vender may have a way that the product is configured, some regular size wireless mice will have the battery door compartment to open on top, just behind the bottons, you would simply have to press down on top center and push it back to open.

hope this gives you an idea.

alternative, try to see if you mice type and model is identified in device manager (right click computer (or my computer), select manage and on window open left pane, check device manager, then on right pane check pointing devices and see if the your wireless mouse shows listed, post back with the name that comes up, that may give us an idea of mouse you are using.
