Phone is not receiving any radio signal / received signal is too weak: Confirm that network coverage is available where you are by contacting your service provider.
SIM card is not working properly:
Insert your SIM card into another phone Note: Contact your service provider if you get the same message again. Phone is not working properly: Insert your SIM card into another phone. If the second phone works with the inserted SIM card, then the problem is probably with the first instrument. Note: In this case, contact your nearest Sony Ericsson service center regarding your phone problem.
try sim with other fone on same network, if prob cont. with other fone then contact your network. If ok with other fone try selecting Menu>Settings>Press Navigation key right to find Connectivity>Scroll to Mobile networks>Select GSM/3G networks>Turn phone off>On. If this doesn't work you will need to take your fone to a service center.
My advice to you? is to look for a phone that has the same network service provider you use! I mean if you use a suncellular sim, then look for a friend who also use suncellular sim. Then call the customer service of your network provider for further assistance, then tell them what your problem. Im sure they will not hesitate to help you. Is this my solution/advice helpful to you? you can send me email at [email protected]. Kindly rate this up! Thank you.
