I can see one only small spring attached to the top of the drum and the inside of the washing machine and the whole drum is sitting too far to the back right corner of the machine.

Without your model number I can't answer for sure, but for most models of f/p washers, this is the easiest way. First lift the lid and once it is straight up, pull it towards the cealing, it should slide straight up. On the right and left hand sides there are generally 2 "half moon" shaped peices of rubber. Pry these up with a small flat head screw driver. Underneath are phillips screws. Once these are out, the top of the washer should lift up from the front and let you get to the tub (and springs) underneath. If you are still having trouble. Drop me a note back.

Fisher & Paykel washers do not have lint filters inside the tubs as they are designed to drain away any debris from the wash during the drain cycle.

Ok you need to check your machine is level- if not adjust feet. You aslo need to check the Bias spring is still attached if not get a new one or re-attach it. The Bias spring is a little spring that connects from the top of the front left suspention rod to the top of the plastic bowl cover (this spring is meant to help stop it going out of balance so easy. Cheers

Hi Dale..
It sounds like you have a leaky inlet valve assembly. The part number is 421029P and is easy to replace. You can get one here:

Hi there
That fault is the pump blocked error (no change in water level).
i have a quick and easy way to solve this problem.
first turn the machine off then tilt the machine back and lean it on something(a chair or wall), look underneath, in the top right hand corner of the plastic outer boul you will see a small pump motor it has a fan on it spin this fan and if it is hard to turn that means there is somthing stuck in the drain pump keep turning the fan and try to free whatever is stuck in the pump, then try the machine on spin again all goin well the object in the pump should come out with the drain water(doing this will not harm the machine) if the object is still stuck you will need to get the water out of the machine (bailing or siphioning will work) and tilt the machine back again and take the wires off the pump and there should be a white tab on the boul holding the pump on pull this tab and twist the pump anticlockwise about a quarter turn(you will need a few towels or a boul or bucket to catch the water) and it should come off exposing the blockage.
Hope this solves your Problem.
