There is a fuse in this microwave.The fuse is difficult to get to. But i do not think it is this fuse.You have lights and the carousel spins.This sounds like the thermostat or the magnetron tube that creates the heat.
Please do not try to service. its dangerous to play with the internal parts of a Micro Wave. Most counter tops are pretty inexpensive buy a new one if the warranty is out.
Most likely the bottom door switch. Dacor units are built by Sharp and that switch is a very common problem. You'd either need to check the switch with an ohm meter or remove the cover of the switch to see if it's burned inside.
