1. Disconnect the negative battery cable
2. V-8 or V-6 are both located on the passenger side, remove two or three bolts holding the starter on the transmission
3. Drop the starter through the opening between the firewall and the exhaust
4. Unbolt the battery cable from the starter, and disconnect any other wires.
If you replaced wires and all then you may have crossed them. Rewire and try again. Honda dealer could print you off the wire diagram. If they forcefully pulled them out they may have caused a short to developed further in. Another place to look and would be a simple check and fix would be the switch its self.
You have alot of work ahead of you. If you haven't installed an amp before, you may want to have a stereo shop or your regular mechanic install it. There are amp install kits available at most auto part stores. Also, if it's a stock stereo, there are adapters you can use to pull signal from your stock speakers.
It sounds like a engine ignition misfire to me, have the plugs and plug wires been replaced? If not replace them taking care to route the plug wires exactly as the factory did, replace any broken loom holders for the plug wires, this is very important.
