Will not run cold water fast
The water pressure is dependent on your house water pressure, however there are a few things you could check. Make sure the cold water faucet is turned up. If it is and you still have a problem unscrew the cold water hose on both the washer and faucet there is usually a screen on one or both ends of the hose and also on the water valve on the back of the washer, see if they have hard water build up. If they are plugged on the hose you can try cleaning them but it is fairly inexpensive to just replace the hose. If the screens on the water valve are plugged again you can try and clean them but they are removeable and are inexpensive and easy to replace. I would not recommend running your washer without the screens in place as the prevent rust and anything else that could be in your water pipes from flowing into your washer.
