The belt keeps slipping off the water pump because it is wobbling. can i tighten the water pump so it doesnt wobble or is the wayer pump bad?

how do you know fuse is good?
sometimes just looking at it doen't prove that
you need to check it with a test light on both blades with either the brake pressed or the signal on. both sides of the fuse should light

any gm olds , buick caddy, pont, 4speed auto up to 1991 u just got make sure theyre not computer controlled some 91 are n some aint stay away from 84 to 88 they had failures it doesnt really matter about engine size as along its same transmission
