No sound, no picture, blinking LED.

I did an IC swap, and my tv would turn on, then immediately turn back off, so I tried to put the original IC's back in, and I could only get one in because the prongs on one are bent, and now my tv turns on and stays on but LED 28VID940 is blinking and I have no sound or picture. I'm going to try and get the other original IC back in in the morning, and if that doesn't fix it I'll need your help.

You must use the original stk 392-110 and stk 392-150 and do not mix them up. There is one of each.

All the suggestions about substituting other ICs for 110's are Bullplop, except for Hitachi manufacturers upgrade with changed resistor values included.

LG 42PC!R Plasma TV turns on and then green led blinking with no ppicture and sound !
Your problem is most likely a fried circuit board. I always connect my good electronic to a back up battery. but your problem might have been storm or surge related, I would take it to a repair center and get an estimate.

That means no horizontal output which could be caused by a faulty driver stage or even a faulty power supply.

Thanks for using FixYa. Standby/Timer light blinking 6 Times means no Horizontal (H STOP), no raster, and so the set goes to the blinking self-diagnosis function immediately. You’ll need to open the back off the TV and check C515 & 516 and the jungle IC, IC206. Also check +5 line is overloaded (A, B boards), +5 line is shorted (A, B boards). TV does not turn on. Stand By LED blinks 4 times and pauses and blinks 4 times again Tv will not turn on...when plugged in the red stand by light flashes 4 times...you can hear the tv turn on but a black...
Try to remove the vertical IC sometimes it become Shorted causing the B+ to drop. after removing try to switch on back check the B+ if ok and the LED not blinking then change the vertical IC.
